We currently ship to Mexico, Canada, and select countries in Europe and Latin America.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your package ships. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.
Made-to-Order Items
Some custom pieces (made-to-measure boots, custom buckles) require 4-8 weeks production time. Timelines are indicated on each product page.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking link via email. You can also track from your account.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of expected delivery at info@piedrerosofficial.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Changes
If you need to change a shipping address, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once shipped, we cannot change the destination.
